Our Return Policy:
We hope you will love your new purchases from us, however if for any reasons you wish to return your items, you can do so by returning them to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be refunded in full for any items returned, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Returns should be sent to House of Bedding, 396 Crompton Way, Bolton, BL2 3AF, United Kingdom.
You are advised to keep the return receipt safe until you receive the refund.
You will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving the goods back (however it is usually much sooner than that).
If we receive returns after the 14 days time period:
In that case, we reserve the right to refuse you refund and send your items back to you after charging you the return shipping costs. Or we may offer you a partial refund. In case of any unforseen circumstances, you are welcome to contact us by email to discuss the issues before returning the goods.
Whilst goods are with you until you return:
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they remain with you before you return them, including taking care of the packaging and the attached swing tickets and labelling. If we don't receive the original packaging and tickets with the returned goods, we reserve rights to offer you a partial refund, as we will not be able to sell those goods as 'new' without their packaging and attached tickets.
Paypal payment processing fee:
Paypal does not refund the payment processing fee deducted by paypal on the transaction, therefore if you wish to return the item with no fault of ours then Paypal fee will not be refunded.
