Exchanges and Refunds
If your item is not in stock, we will place an order for you. You will always be informed of this and will be given the option to cancel your order should you choose not to wait.
Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any monies paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods.
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, we will replace the goods immediately, free of charge. Please check your delivery carefully for external damage while taking your deliveyr, and refuse the delivery in case you feel any damage to the packaging. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods you must contact us within 5 working days in writing i.e. by email.
Fabrics will not be accepted back as faulty once they have been cut. We are not able to accept returns for any items that have been made to measure. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Order
An order may be cancelled within14 days of receipt of the goods by quoting your invoice number via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and then returning the goods to the address as listed on the envelope. You can also contact us by email in case of any queries related to returns before sending them back. Please note that this excludes custom made goods and those made to the customers specifications. An email notification will be sent once a refund has been processed.
Please check goods for colour, condition, and accuracy of printing and in order to ensure they are the goods you ordered. Once goods have been cut, treated, made-up, installed or damaged in any way they cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.
